Return and Refund Policy for STYLE CART

At STYLE CART, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • The item must not fall under non-returnable categories (see Section 6)
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be requested within 4 DAYS from the date of delivery
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted

3. Refund Process and Timing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount in your account.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size or color replacement (subject to availability)
  • Damaged or defective product replacement

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 4 days of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue along with your order details
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened or used)
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as non-returnable)

Please check product details before purchasing.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • For other returns (change of mind, size issues, etc.), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake
